These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Questask mobile application ("App"), owned and operated by THORNZIE LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using Questask, you agree to these Terms.
Questask is a productivity and gamified task management app that allows users to create tasks ("quests"), earn rewards, track progress, and interact with friends. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not disrupt other users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may sign in using Apple Sign-In or your email address. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Questask allows you to connect with other users and share quests. You are responsible for how you interact with others. We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users.
Questask may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. These are managed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your App Store settings.
The free version of the app may display advertisements. By using the app, you agree that advertisements may be shown.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use secure third-party services (such as Firebase) to store and manage your data.
You may delete your account and associated data directly within the app settings. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
All content, branding, design, and features of Questask are owned by THORNZIE LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the app without permission.
Questask is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or issues resulting from the use of the app.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
